The location is great and lovely near the beach, market and shopping center, the dunes of Maspalomas, and beach and Yumbo Centre, and the rooms are modern. It has good bed and a nice bathroom. Staff, they are all extremely friendly and exceptionally nice, at the reception desk.

Clean pool and newly decorated and clean room with good facilities. In our opinion - excellent price for this quiet and awesome apartment.

Quiet and awesome place, loved having the city centre within 10 minutes on foot. I had early check-in.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the beach just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the dunes, allowing for beautiful views and relaxing walks on the sand.

There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom, and the wardrobe had a strong smell of cigars.

Towels only changed once in one week. Sheets werent changed at all. Cleaning only one time during the week, and trash bin only emptied two times...

Great location and really helpfull and friendly staff

my stay was great, perfect location, amazing pools and rooftop terraces. the room had everything i needed, including a fridge, coffee maker, and stovetop. staff was super helpful too, felt safe with steven on duty at night. would definitely recommend to others!

closed gate caused some inconvenience

Location was perfect...short walk to beach, we had a sea-view. Short walk to Yumbo Centre. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Apartment was functional, 2 pools, changed sheets once a week, towels every other day. Happy atmosphere. Value for money. The rate per night was incredibly low averaging 25 euros a night!!

Bathroom was a little tired & there was a shortage of crockery, cups etc but for 23-28euros a night between 3 I'm not complaining

Efficient staff at the reception desk, new-fashioned rooms and EXCELLENT service. Great and lovely location - a few steps away from Paseo Maritimo. Also - short walk to the beaches or maspalomas or the night life, night life, and Playa del Ingles. Views of the ocean, good beds.

Bad WiFi.

The ocean view from the balcony is stunning. the staff were helpful and assisted with our luggage. the housekeepers were friendly and did a great job. the beds were very comfortable. the location is great, close to attractions. the pool is clean and there is a roof terrace for sunbathing with a beautiful view.

Felt very much at home, no complaints.

Noisy renovations in one of the blocks.

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. As it is a low cost hotel I did not expect much in the way of facilities but I was more than surprised at the room, Everything was spotless. There was everything I needed in the room. The staff where incredibly helpful and always pleasant. The location was close to restaurants and the beach and the appt was very large in comparison to other appts I have stayed in in the area. one plus is that the furniture is not the usual cheap plastic stuff you normally get in s/c appts. There is a free safe in the room. I will definately use again when I am next in gc. Wifi is available from the reception. 1 day costs 5 Euro and 7 days cost 20 Euro. This will provide you with wifi in the room and area.

Room cleaning rotas where a bit erratic but it is a self catering appt after all. I was never really sure when the maids would arrive and on what days. I was aware from other reviews that the tv service is pay per view. It works out an 1 euro per hour. This didn't bother me too much as I was not in most of the time. I prefer not to have to pay for a tv but in this case the price was so good and the hotel was perfect so I did not mind.
